Calling all RWS boos and ghouls! The RWS Parents' Association is hosting this family-oriented Halloween event on the Rohan Woods School parking lot! The fun includes decorating your car, a glow-in-the-dark hunt, costume contests, a parade, a photo booth, pumpkin decorating contest, and trick-or-treating from car-to-car.

Interested in decorating the RWS Van?! Sign up to decorate and contact Lindsey Rosenthal (linz.rosenthal@gmail.com) and Cindy Heuermann (ckh9731@gmail.com)! First come, first serve.

Families can order a pizza from Jet's for an additional $10 each. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Join the festivities by simply coming to trick-or-treat or go all out and decorate your trunk in your Halloween best. Join your RWS community for this SPOOKtacular evening of Halloween fun! 

Only 40 spots are available for vehicles for Halloween trunks. Admission is $30 per family, regardless of whether you park on the lot or just come for the festivities. Advanced registration is required by Wednesday, October 26.

5:00 p.m. | Parking Lot Opens

5:30 p.m. | Parking Lot Closes (Access to the lot ends promptly at 5:30 p.m. for safety reasons. If you want to park next to a friend, be sure to have your cars lined up together when entering. If you arrive after 5:30 p.m. or if you need to leave early, please park on the street.)

5:30 p.m. | Decorate Trunks and Dinner 

6:00 p.m. | Costume Parade Begins

6:10 p.m. | Trunk-or-Treating Begins

6:40 p.m. | Glow in the Dark Hunt/Freeze Dance

6:45 p.m. | Announce Winners for Costumes, Cars, and Pumpkins

7:00 p.m. | Exit the Parking Lot
